Researchers from Aalto University studied the eye movements of children playing a game that simulates reality. This was done to determine whether a ML algorithm could distinguish between ADHD and normal children. The results showed that a machine learning algorithm can identify ADHD children.

Another study compared the efficacy of different machine learning algorithms. The results showed that a random-forest technique has a higher degree of robustness and higher rates of risk prediction errors. Permutation tests also demonstrated higher accuracy than labels assigned randomly.
