Revathi Advaithi (born October 18, 1967) is an Indian-American business executive who has served as Chief Executive Officer of Flex Ltd., a multinational electronics manufacturing services company, since February 2019. In a 2025 essay for Time magazine, Advaithi disclosed that she is a cancer survivor.
