Researchers at Aalto University studied the eye movements of children in an online game. This was conducted to determine if an ML algorithm could distinguish between ADHD and normal children. The results proved that machine learning algorithms could be used to recognize ADHD children.

Another study examined the effectiveness of machine learning algorithms. The results showed that a random forest technique has a higher degree of robustness as well as higher rates of error in risk prediction. A permutation test demonstrated higher accuracy than randomly assigned labels.
