Cloud-first, Mobile-first strategy

Nadella accelerated Microsoft's pivot to cloud computing with Azure, growing it to become the second-largest cloud platform globally behind AWS.[10] Azure revenue grew from virtually nothing to over $90 billion annually by 2023, positioning Microsoft as the leader in hybrid cloud solutions.

Nadella shifted Microsoft's culture from "know-it-all" to "learn-it-all," emphasizing growth mindset philosophy throughout the organization.[11] He made employee empathy and inclusivity core values and improved collaboration between divisions.
