10 Item Upgrade-Friendly Habits To Be Healthy
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece of gear and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements used.
For instance, the premium racial shield Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to add additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more marketable over the original version that is not upgraded.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an acquired item like an armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced with another item of the same type, but with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't preserve the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of an item for example, increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can reroll their equipment into three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage of melee and weapons attack, while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades give players an additional level of health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a better quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces, remains on the space until the next success is to be rerolled. This allows you to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's shop will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
During the course of a game, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of the choice of Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls, and those that are in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones that boost the value of an item upgrading by improving its stats or attributes. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". This will display a list of the item's levels and what it will be after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires just one green or blue Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the player has met the requirements, they can click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. It's an excellent option for players who wish to gain an advantage in battle, but don't want to burden their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to a new piece of gear.
For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are several methods to get them. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets you increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade materials and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item an additional boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item has been attained.
Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components don't stack against each other, and can only be added to one item at a time. Furthermore, each upgrade component will require a particular amount of items to be applied, as well as an initial amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left one is where players can add a piece of equipment to be upgraded, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once a player has sufficient materials will start the upgrading process.
A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time it is upgraded the base stats of an item will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option to upgrade. When an item is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will have discounts.
upgrade item components are a kind of equipment that can slot into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to give an additional benefit or benefit while the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed with new ones. However, this can cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain attributes of weapons and armor they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item level upgrade will vary based on the kind of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
The upgrade items can be used to make sets and weapons for extra effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can be gotten from a variety of sources within the game, such as crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an item, it isn't able to be removed or changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without limitation.
Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can increase the item's stats.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and also gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage from weapons.
Some items benefit from upgrading not so much for their improved stats and more because it lets players get the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.
The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. This includes the type of item (either weapon or armor), the tier of that item as well as the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will put an item in your inventory when you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how close you are towards completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
