Item Upgrade Tips From The Top In The Business
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the power of a piece of gear and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are applied.
For instance, the top shield for racial discrimination Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb capability in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item like a weapon, armor or ring. This swaps the current item upgrader kit for a different one of the same type and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't preserve the original item upgrades's level and any wasted resources aren't rewarded.
Survivors can obtain reroll tokens in several ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in crates and chests or buy them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of an item of equipment, for example increasing its damage.
Players can roll equipment with three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage done by weapons and melee attacks, while spell power improves mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To make them, you need an upgrade level reroll token. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space until the next success is being rerolled. This allows you to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of every Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they display an image and description of the Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's store will exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
During the course of an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on chosen Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls, and those that are located in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These stones are special stones which increase the value of an item by improving its stats or characteristics. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. These stones can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.
To upgrade gear players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. This will show a list of the item's current level and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires a single blue or green Growth Stone.
After selecting the item to upgrade the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the requirements are satisfied, the user can then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is risk-free, and does not impact the durability of the item. This makes the system an ideal way for players to get a significant advantage in combat without putting stress on their bank account. Moreover players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are several methods to get them. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally, players can break down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It is accomplished by adding upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is attained.
Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components do not stack against each other, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires the purchase of a certain amount of items as well as a certain equipment level.
The Upgrade Station has two slots: the first is where players can add equipment that needs that they wish to upgrade, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. When the player has enough items and has pressed the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time it is upgraded the stats of the base item will increase by only a tiny amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.
Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades will not be available to it. Also, when a piece of gear reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will have a discount.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to offer an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be removed and replaced at will.
Requirements
Upgrades to items give players the ability to increase certain stats on weapons and armor they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ based on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium along with the number of Upgrade tokens.
The upgrade items (visit the following site) can be incorporated into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide additional effects or to increase the quality item. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, including crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been added to an object it cannot be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can increase the stats of the item.
The helm upgrade item "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases defense base and gives an additional 20% chance to block. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but they are not because they boost stats. They are more valuable to players when they get an exact roll. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.
If you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will show a pop-up window that shows the necessary requirements. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
If you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any NPC that upgrades items.
