Best robot vacuum uk Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

robot cleaner with mop vacuums and mops have become more efficient, passing our cleaning tests and tackling various floor types. Select models that allow you to select between a variety of modes, including self-emptying and clean stairs.

Many of the best models work with your smartphone. Look for an application that lets you save maps, schedules, and choose cleaning modes.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

The gunmetal and gloss black Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is among the most impressive robot vacuums and mop combos available. It uses lidar to navigate, and create maps of floors and rooms (even multiple levels), and works with the free Eufy Clean application that lets you set up schedules and modify the S1's behavior.

When I tried the S1, it was able to identify the downstairs area, which has Linoleum flooring in the kitchen/dining room and bathrooms, plus carpeting with a medium-pile and an area rug. It was capable of driving close to walls and even cross raised thresholds without any problems. However it had some issues getting down the stairs in one go. The S1 also did a fantastic job cleaning hard floors by dragging its mop smoothly on its flat side against the floor, and then lifting itself when it reached carpet or carpet.

The docking station of the S1 automatically empties its trash bin and fills its onboard water tank with clean, ozonated waters prior to every mopping session. The dock also provides an extra-deep cleaning solution to the water. The S1 water tank can hold enough for 12 mopping sessions, however this will vary depending on the frequency you use the mop.

The S1 needs periodic maintenance, just like all 2-in-1 robots. To do this, you'll need to wash the dirty water tank regularly to prevent it from clogging. Also, you'll need to clean your swivel wheel and sensors regularly to avoid them becoming blocked by dust or dirt. However, overall the S1 is simple to maintain, especially compared to other models which require more effort to maintain.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

Ecovacs all-in-one robotic vacuum and mop provides an efficient solution for your cleaning requirements. The robot vacuum is rated at 8,700Pa of suction and offers numerous innovative features, including full home mapping, voice control and smart path-planning that avoids obstacles and cleans furniture. Its mopping capability is impressive. Rotating mops actually lift the floor and scrub it instead of simply dragging a pad across the surface. Mops can also be cleaned and dried at the base station when needed.

The robot vacuum with mop comes with a simple interface that guides you through the process. It includes a rechargeable hand vacuum for those hard-to-reach areas that the robot isn't able to reach as well as two water tanks that are automatically emptied and filled when required. It also has a range of useful settings to fine-tune your cleaning preferences.

The Deebot X2 Combo Complete does excellent job of vacuuming, with a strong suction that easily picks up all kinds of debris, including the smaller pieces of dust that other robots struggle with. Its navigation abilities are also pretty good, although it could get stuck on small mats and rugs around my home (which you can reduce by creating virtual boundaries within the app). Mopping capabilities are very good with a pair of spinning mop heads that lift and scrub the floor, rather than just dragging the pad across it. The mops can be cleaned using heated water and dried in the basestation when required. Mops can also be refilled at the top of the station if required.

3. Dreame X40 ultra

Dreame launched the high-end X30 Ultra earlier this year, but their new flagship model of robot vacuum and mop has even more impressive features. It boasts fantastic cleaning results and hands-free maintenance making it a top contender for our best robot vacuum and mop list. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition and a longer side brush will give you a thorough, custom-designed clean.

The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, removing fine and large debris from hard floors as well as carpets. It also cleaned our test's most filthy areas well, and eliminating pet hairs that are tangled and other mess. The sweeping performance is augmented by an additional side brush that automatically swings out to tackle hard-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that deploys alongside baseboards.

Its navigation system is nimble, navigating small spaces and negotiating stairways without stepping back. It can go from one room to the next without having to reverse direction. This is beneficial for homes with a lot of rooms. Its obstacle avoidance is not as advanced than some competitors and leaves a large margin between obstacles. This could lead to missing spots.

The app's interface is intuitive and well-organized. It should be easy to use by both novice and experienced users. The app allows you to schedule and manage cleanings. You can also alter the suction power, mop settings and view 2D and 3-D maps. You can control it via the app, Alexa or Google Assistant. You can also use the X40 Ultra's camera remotely, for real-time video supervision. You will need a stable internet connection to access the app and external controls.

4. Roomba Q5 Pro

A robot vacuum does a great job of picking up debris and dirt however, it's not able to get every last piece of dust. This is why it's crucial to use your regular vacuum at least once every week, and especially to pick up dust in corners, on shelves, and in the corners of your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro, a 2-in-1 robot that vacuums as well as mop, is designed to do just that. It's easy to connect it to your home Wi-Fi network and is compatible with Alexa and Apple Siri, making it an even more useful addition to your routine of cleaning.

The Q5 is a stripped-down version of the company's more expensive S-series models. It includes the flagship Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. It is equipped with the same LIDAR mapping sensors, but it is cheaper because it doesn't have mopping capabilities, and also has an aluminum body.

Although it's no longer able to clean your floors, the Q5 offers the best mopping and vacuum performance we've seen on a robot at this price. It features a powerful suction of 5500Pa and an auto-empty system which means you don't need to empty the bin manually every time. It also features a smart app that lets you set your floor's type and schedule cleanings. It also has an automatic water tank refill and wash system that allows hands-free operation.

Its mops also impress, with a 2700Pa power that can combat pet hair and dirt, on both carpets and hard flooring. The Q5 was one of the few robots we tested that did not have a problem with high-pile area rugs and carpets. However, it was able to not pick up kitty-litter or cable tangles. This isn't a surprise as it doesn't contain AI-powered obstacle avoidance.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is the quietest robot vacuum we've ever tested. It also uses a unique mapping system that helps it reach tight spaces and corners that other vacuums are unable to. It also collects dust in a larger dustbin that means you have to empty it less often. It also has washable filters that further lower the costs associated with using the device. This robot can detect carpets, and increase suction when needed. The app also allows you to mark areas you want to stay clear of, which is a nice feature.
