Why Everyone Is Talking About Item Upgrade Right Now
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the performance of a piece of equipment and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are applied.
The most powerful racial Shield Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens permit you to buy a new item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. The item is replaced with another of the same kind, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. However, they do not retain the level of the original item, and any wasted resources aren't refunded.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be located in crates and chests or bought at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of an item, for example increasing its damage.
Players can reroll their equipment into three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack and spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades require a standard item upgrader kit. Rare upgrades require an item that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens placed on action spaces remains on the space until the next success is being rerolled. This lets you save upgrades.
Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show an explanation and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's store will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones that can increase an item's level by increasing its stats and abilities. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. These stones are also available to players who sign daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will display a menu that shows the item's current status and what it will be when being leveled up, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.
After choosing the item to upgrade, the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the item's rarity and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the durability of the item. This is an excellent choice for those who want to get an edge in combat, but don't want to burden their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear.
For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of methods to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can also cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that allows you to increase the power of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components cannot be stacked against each other, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component requires a certain number of items and a minimum equipment level.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, previews show what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. When players have enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will begin the upgrade process.

They can be bought from vendors, looted, obtained through quests, or traded between players. Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they achieve a perfect roll.
