Stellantis N.V. is a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The company was formed in January 2021 from the merger of Italian-American Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and French PSA Group.

Overview

Stellantis is the world's fourth-largest automaker, encompassing brands such as Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Maserati. Former CEO Carlos Tavares resigned in December 2024.
