10 Great Books On Item Upgrade
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrading gear increases its base stats, and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrade is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements and how many random augmentations are made available.
For instance, the top shield for racial discrimination Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb function in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens permit you to reroll a purchased item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. This replaces the item with another item of the same type however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. They don't keep the original level of the item and any money wasted aren't rewarded.
The surviving players can acquire tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates, or purchased from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on the equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can roll their equipment in three attributes three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens placed on action areas, remains on the space until the next success is being rerolled. This helps to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.
Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the beginning of each preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. Once they're opened, they display a full description and an icon for the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of money.
In the course of a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to the choice of Franchise Cards. This alters the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These stones are special stones that increase the level of an item upgrader kit by increasing its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade their gear players must first locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. The menu will appear that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires only one blue or green Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. After the player has met the requirements, they can click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item, the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the item's durability. This makes it an excellent way for players to get an advantage in combat without straining their accounts. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and advancement of an upgraded item to a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for players who are new to the game. There are a variety of ways to obtain these stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can also take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that allows you to boost the stats of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. It is achieved by combining an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in the area. This process continues until the item reaches its highest level.
Items with upgraded base stats will display the blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be applied to more than one item at once. Each upgrade component requires the purchase of a certain amount of items as well as a certain level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left is where players can place equipment that needs to be upgraded, while the right side shows a glimpse of what the gear will appear like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after the player has enough materials will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item will be increased by only a tiny amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.
When an item is at its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option to upgrade. In the same way, once an item is on an upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to the track will be offered at a discount.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to provide an added bonus or effect while the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped with new ones. However, this can cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats of armor and weapons that they currently have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the item upgrade type but generally, you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them extra effects or an increased item level. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an item, it cannot be removed and changed without restriction, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped without limitation.
The upgrade of an item level upgrade can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers which can further increase the stats of an item.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance of blocking. In addition, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but they are not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they achieve an exact roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.
The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that goes into the item. These include the type of item (either Weapon or Armor), the tier of the item as well as the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will add an item in your inventory after you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are towards finishing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
