The only issue I encountered to this model was that the VibraRise mop pads mount isn't removable. I've found that any plush carpet that the robot touches will come into contact with the Velcro-like fastener system on the mount, which can cause scratches.

You can configure and manage these using the Roborock app which is also the home of its maps and advanced mopping settings. The app allows you to schedule cleanings, monitor battery life and component maintenance. You'll need to jump through some hoops to activate voice control on this model. This is a shame considering how efficient it is otherwise.
