Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements used.

Reroll Tokens

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates, or purchased from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attribute of a piece equipment for example, increasing its damage.

Players can roll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give players additional health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a better quality. To produce them, you'll need an upgrade level token to reroll. When you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will show an in-game window that lists the required requirements. These include the item type (either Weapon or Armor) and the tier of that item and the upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

Once you've met the required requirements for an upgrade, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will be updated to indicate how close to completing it. You can also check on the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
