Why Item Upgrade Is The Next Big Obsession

Upgrades can boost the power of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements that are applied.

For instance, the top shield of racial violence Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an item you have acquired like a weapon, armor or rings. The item is replaced by another of the same kind however with different benefits. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. However, they don't keep the level of the original item and any resources that are wasted aren't refunded.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates, or purchased from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of a piece of equipment, such as increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three categories: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power boost damage from weapons and melee attack and spell power boost mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades give players an additional level of health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To create them, you need a higher-quality token for rerolling. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item upgrader kit, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces, remains on the space until the next success is to be rerolled. This helps to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show a description and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve armor, weapons and other items. These stones are special stones that increase the level of an item by improving its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's current level and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires just one green or blue Growth Stone.

Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements are met, the player can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Based on the rarity of the item, the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free, and does not impact the durability of the item upgrader mod. This makes it an excellent way for players to gain an advantage in battle without putting a strain on their bank accounts. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item to the new gear.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are many ways to acquire them. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition, players can take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade items materials and give the item a higher level, granting the item an additional boost in that particular area. The process will continue until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items with upgraded base stats will display a blue icon in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components cannot be stacked with each other, but can only be added to a single item at a time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a certain amount of items to be added and an appropriate amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place items to be upgraded. On the right side, previews show what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. When players have enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item is 19.

When an item is at its maximum level and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option of upgrading. In the same way, once an item is on a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will have discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be slotted into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to provide an additional bonus or effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs, which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can increase the item's statistics.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and provides an additional 20% chance to block. Additionally, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get an exact roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an item, the game will display a pop-up window that shows the necessary requirements. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will be updated to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
