For one, the Q5's navigation system does not have AI-powered obstacle avoidance and is therefore prone to getting hung up on shoes and socks, and is unable to navigate rooms with a lot of people well in our tests. It also doesn't come with an image sensor that lets it see the corners of a room.

It's among our most appealing looking robot vacuum that vacuums and mops vacuums. The latest flagship model from iRobot is also its smartest. It comes with advanced features such as enhanced dirt detection and future compatibility (another company's robot vacuums with mop that is able to wash mop pads in a self-cleaning manner).

It's the only robotic mop or vacuum to score an exemplary 10/10 in our tests, thanks to a combination of high-tech sensors that include a camera, structured light system and multiple lasers. It comes with a multifunction dock that automatically emptys the vacuum's dust bin, fills its water tank, and washes and dries its mop pads.
