It is dependent on disposable wet wipes that don't stick well and isn't able to handle dried-on debris. The Q5 is self-emptying cradle, however. And, if you have to, you can swap the mopping pad to dry ones in a matter of minutes.

It's among our most attractive looking robot vacuums. It's the only robotic hoovers mop or vacuum that scored a perfect 10 in our tests due to a mix of high-tech sensors, which include cameras, a structured light system and multiple lasers. The X40 Ultra is also the only robot we tested that is fully autonomously refill and empty its base station, and boasts an the industry's highest suction of 12,000Pa and self-cleaning mop pads.
The X40 as with other iRobot products, is simple to use. It comes with an intuitive mobile app interface that integrates with Amazon Alexa and Apple HomeKit. The only drawback is that it's an eerily noisy device which could be problematic if you run it in the morning prior to work or in the evening as you try to sleep.
It's also a bit expensive but not as much as the Ecovacs MaxV Ultra or Roborock S8 Omni, which are equally capable and better looking. It's a dual-purpose vacuum that's very capable, but it will cost you more and create more noise.
4. iRobot Roomba L20 Ultra
The L20 Ultra is a top-of-the-range robot vacuum and mop, with a variety of sophisticated features that will let you get rid of your chores. The L20 Ultra is a hands-free cleaning device that is similar to Ecovacs the top of the line X2 Omni or Roborock's S8 Pro Ultra. It features a multi-functional dock that can automatically empty the vacuum's bin, refills the water tank, as well as washes and drys the mop pads.
