Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the stats of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements applied.

The most powerful racial Shield Razortail for instance, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the original version that is not upgraded.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired item like a weapon, armor or ring. The item is replaced by another item of the same type and comes with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are an economical method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item, and any wasted resources aren't refunded.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or purchase them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to change the attribute of a piece equipment, for example increasing its damage.

Players can reroll their equipment using three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage that weapons and melee attacks and spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player additional health.

There are three kinds of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades the Best item upgrader to a better quality. To produce them, you need an upgrade level reroll token. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

As opposed to other tokens or markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the spot until the next Success result is to be rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show an image and description of the Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.

In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the quality of an item upgrader by increasing its stats and abilities. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled up, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires just one green or blue Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. When the requirements are met, the player can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the item upgrader kit's durability. This makes it an excellent method for players to get an advantage in battle without straining their bank accounts. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and advancement of an upgraded item to new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for new players. However, there are numerous methods to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It's done by the combination of an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will gain an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is reached.

Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon beside their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components do not stack with each other, but can only be added to one item upgrader kit at a time. Each upgrade component also requires an amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add items to be upgraded. On the right side, a preview shows what the gear looks like at its next level. When the player has enough items, pressing the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small percentage. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum level that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. When an item is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will have discounts.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can slot into weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons to give an additional benefit or benefit while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs, which can be replaced and removed at any time.

Requirements

Items upgrades allow players to boost certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them additional effects or an increase in level of the item. These upgrades can be gotten from a variety of sources within the game, including through crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item it isn't able to be removed or changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without limitation.

Upgrading an item upgrader can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers which can further increase the stats of an item.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire", however increases damage to weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but they are not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get a perfect roll. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

When you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will show a pop-up window that shows the necessary requirements. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will update to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
