The i3+ EVO is similar to its sibling, the i3 EVO. They differ only in that the i3+ has self-emptying capabilities. The i3+ is a great alternative for those who want a an entirely automated, hands-free cleaning robots for home experience, but want to manually empty the dustbin of the robot when it is full.

Both robots are good at removing surface dirt on hard floors and carpets, and they can easily move around furniture and other obstacles. iAdapt navigation software creates smart maps of your home to assist the i3+ to navigate and clean up efficiently. We were also impressed by the i7+’s compatibility with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant AI services. We utilized these services to instruct the Robot Broom (Rebenok.Cn.Ua) on how to begin or stop house cleaning robot sessions as well as move around the room and to vacuum a particular area. The iRobot Home App made it easy to connect the i7+ to these services. Once connected, to speak commands to the i7+, like "Hey Alexa vacuum the master bedroom." The iRobot Home App also offers options for managing i7+ settings and monitoring performance.

The V10's main drawback is its limited run time. Its marketing claims that it can last up to 60 minutes of running time are a bit misleading as CR's tests have shown. This is a common, not exceptional, battery-powered vacuum's run time. It's enough time to clean the average-sized home however, it's not enough time to reach every spot. The Xiaomi Mi robot vacuum is superior to the Roomba 694 in all aspects, as it has fewer parts that require regular maintenance and is equipped with an allergen-trapping HEPA filter, incurs lower recurring costs, has more advanced automation capabilities and does a better job moving itself.
