The Cloud was awarded one of the lowest scores in our tests of quality because it has a flimsy seat, made of hard plastic, and a style that appears outdated. It is also more expensive than other strollers with a lighter weight. This makes it a poor option for parents looking for a budget option.

It's not the tiniest stroller, but it comes with enough features to be worth considering. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to maneuver on flat surfaces and it can leap over curbs with minimal effort unlike other light strollers that drift off course when trying to accomplish the same thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a drawback but it's at knee height and not adjustable. It's not easy to push when your legs are dangling like that. And the absence of padding doesn't make it any easier.

During our testing, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and open. It's a little more difficult to close the cloud, however. You need to slide a slider, and then push a large white button for it to collapse. This can be a hassle, especially if you're juggling kids at the same time.

The Cloud has a small but deep storage basket that can be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. The basket is a bit narrow and you may have to store something inside to reach the back. The Cloud includes a child and parent tray with two cup holders each however, they're too narrow to hold larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design, which is perfect for traveling. It's extremely light at 18 pounds (lighter than many single strollers!) It's also a little more expensive, but it offers more maneuverability and a larger sun canopy. It has a convenient strap for carrying and can be used by children who weigh up to 44 pounds per seat.

If you're seeking a stroller which is lightweight but also loaded with features look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just lightweight double buggy at just 13 lbs but also has a lot of storage space, including cup holders for the parent and child, a child's sippy-cup pouch as well as a pocket for storage for parents and more.
