Overview

NVIDIA was founded in 1993 by Jensen Huang, Chris Malachowsky, and Curtis Priem. The company pioneered the GPU in 1999 and has become the dominant force in AI computing. In 2025, NVIDIA became the first company to achieve a $4 trillion market capitalization.
